Initial Powering Operations for the Machine Line

This section describes how to power up and to power down the Machine Line.

Powering up the system includes:

• Applying power to the entire system
• Starting the Control Circuit

Powering down the system includes:

• Shutting down the control power
• Removing power from the entire system

Operator’s Station

Controls are located at the Operator’s station.

Touch Screen Interface:

Main Control of

Entire Machine Line. Download G-code and

Templates to set the specifications of door

machining. Manually control the door path

and process through the line. Machine diag-
