5. Replace the control circuit board with a new one with
the same properties.
6. Re-assembling is carried out in reverse order.
7. Check the functions.
Instructions for professionals
Removing and then re-inserting the control module may be difficult. Please proceed as follows
as far as this is possible:
When the two screws which fasten the clamp (which supports the control unit) to the hood casing have
been removed, you will need to lower the clamp itself into the inside of the hood (a screwdriver might be
useful here – it can be used as a "lever" to hold the module down far enough) and at the same time press
the individual buttons on the left side of the control panel, in order to release the unit.
Once the circuit board has been replaced, re-install the unit as follows:
Fasten the control unit once again onto the bracket with the two screws, in a diagonal position towards
one another, but do not screw them too tightly (this will make it easier to fasten the clamp to the casing
when the module had been installed).
Put the unit into the opening provided:
In the inside of the casing you will find a support on which the control unit lies in the casing. When re-
installing, position the clamp and the control unit between this support and the inner wall of the casing
(make sure that you do not scratch the lettering on the buttons).
Then fasten everything with the two screws previously removed and replace the cover of the control
panel and the extraction plate for edge suctioning.
