3.2 Installation
3.2.1 Mounting holes and clamps
1. Draw a vertical line up to the ceiling or to the top demarcation in the middle of the area onto which
the hood is to be mounted.
2. Draw a horizontal line at least 960mm above the hob.
3. Mark a dot (1) on the horizontal line 200mm to the right of the vertical gauge line.
4. Repeat this procedure on the opposite side and check the alignment.
5. Mark another reference dot (2) as described 180mm from the vertical reference line and 362mm
from the hob.
6. Repeat this procedure on the opposite side and check the alignment.
7. Drill the dots (1) marked with a Ø 12mm drill.
8. Drill the dots (2) marked with a Ø 8 mm drill.
9. Insert the dowels and the clamps (11a) and screw them tight.
10. Insert the dowels (11) into the hole (2) and screw tight.
