Wheel Rake
9.2.1 Locking center splitter wheels in the
transport position
The center splitter wheels can be locked to prevent
them from lowering to the working position during
operation or transportation.
To lock the center splitter wheels in the
transport position:
- Activate tractor hydraulics and raise the rake
wheels until they stop. The hydraulic hoses for
controlling the rake wheel position will be marked
with red bands.
- Engage the splitter wheels' shut-off lock valve.
Rotate the lock handle clockwise until it stops.

Additional raking wheels can be added to the main
rake arms to increase working width. Up to 2
extensions can be installed on each side.
Before adjusting, maintaining or repairing
the machine, perform the safety shutdown
procedure.
