Maintenance
> Unscrew the blade holder bolts (8).
> Discard the blade holder bolts (8) and the spring washers (7).
> Remove the wear plate (4), the cover (5) and the blade holders (6).
> Install the wear plate (4), the cover (5) and the new blade holders
(6).
> Place new spring washers (7) and new blade holder bolts (8).
> Tighten the blade holder bolts (8) to 85 Nm.
> Place back the skid saucer (3).
> Place back the skid saucer bolts (2) and thighten the bolts (2) to 80
Nm.
> Unlock and fold down the front guard (1).
Outer drums blade holder
replacement
To replace the blade holders of the outer drums (X) and (Y):
> Use the 3-point hitch to lift the machine fully and secure the machine.
> Fold up and lock both lateral front guards (1).
> Rotate the drums manually into basic position as shown in the
picture at the left.
> Unscrew the skid saucer bolts (2).
> Remove and discard the spring washers (3).
> Remove the skid saucer (4).
> Unscrew and discard the blade holder bolts (5) and nuts (8).
> Remove the wear plate (4) and the blade holders (7).
> Install the wear plate (4) and the new blade holders (7).
> Place new blade holder bolts (5) and nuts (8.
> Tighten the blade holder (8) to 135 Nm.
> Place back the skid saucer (4).
> Place back the skid saucer bolts (2) and new spring washers (3).
> Thighten the skid saucer bolts (2) to 80 Nm.
> Unlock and fold down both lateral guards (1).
