Instructions for use
· Set your cookware down on the hob carefully and do not slide it. This will prevent scratching and potential
damage to the product or the cooktop.
· Choose a cooking zone on the stove which matches the bottom diameter of the cookware. With gas hobs, the
flames must not burn beyond the side walls.
· Only heat up the cookware incrementally to the desired temperature – particularly with induction cooktops.
Heating up the cookware too quickly can produce poor cooking results and cause discolouration and possible
damage to the product surface.
· If the required temperature has been reached, you can reduce the heat. This will save energy and the food is
cooked gently.
· Thanks to the robust enamel layer, you can use conventional kitchen utensils. However, we recommend avoiding
objects with sharp edges and refraining from knocking the utensils off on the edge of the pot or pan.
Caution:
The cookware, handles and lid knobs can
become hot during use. Therefore, always use a pot
holder, oven mitt or similar tool and always place the
still hot cookware on a protective surface.
· The screws of the lid knobs and pan handles can
loosen over time with regular use. Please ensure that
they are always tightened.
TIP:
Thanks to the outstanding heat storage capacity,
you achieve the best cooking results at low and
medium temperatures. This retains the flavour and
heat-sensitive vitamins and a large amount of energy
is saved while cooking.
