ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

6. Measure the clearance at (X) as seen in figure [A]. If

measurement is within tolerance proceed to step 10. If
measurement is out of tolerance continue to step 7.

A

If stand rollers do not disengage stand hooks, lift both
stand by hand to release rollers while stand lock lever
is in the unlocked position.

7. Remove snap pin and slide upper end of connecting

rod off of the stand lever as shown in following figures.

8. If measurement from step 6 was less than 1 mm rotate

the rod connector counter clockwise. If measurement
from step 6 was greater than 3 mm rotate the rod
connector clockwise. (Each half rotation = 0.6 mm).

9. Slide stand lever rod back onto lever and secure with

rue ring, repeat step 6.

10. Fasten seat belt and start engine.
11. Raise boom to height in step 1 and dump bucket to

max dump, ensure the stand lock lever is in the
unlocked position and verify that the stand lock roller
is contacting the stand adjustment step as shown in
following figure, if roller contacts adjustment step no
further adjustment is needed. If roller does not contact
adjustment step proceed to step 12.
