Cause
Solution
Startup timeout.
Expiration of the startup time.
Check if there is fuel in the
burninghead.
Restart the plant.
Overheat.
Overheating thermostat has been
released because of to high set
temperature.
Check the boiler’s set
temperature.
Check the circulation pump on
the boiler.
Water need.
The pressostat has activated
because of missing water flow on
the boiler.
Fill on water.
Check the boiler for leakage.
Transport SW.
The service gate on the transport
screw is open. (has 6 seconds
delay)
Remove accumulated fuel.
Close the service gate.
Hydraulic alarm.
The hydraulic pump’s auto fuse
has been activated.
Missing hydraulic oil.
Hot hydraulic oil
Fill on oil.
Check and adjust the switch
pressure.
Smoke fan.
The frequency transformer is in
alarm.

Beside the alarms listed above, there are alarms connected to the motors. If one motor is overloaded and a
auto fuse is activated or a fuse is blown, there will pop up a black alarm message on the monitor screen:
In the panel there is indicated which function has failed and which motor-module it is connected. The “P”
is an expression that the module is missing power. The “3” is the number on the phase which is missing.
The alarms in the black boxes can only be removed when the supply to the module is re-established and
you afterwards press the “BACK” button.
The yellow alarms disappear when the problem has been solved.
If it against the expectation should happen that there still is an alarm which is not disappeared although
the problem was solved, please restart the system.
