4.5.1.5 Delayed stop in seconds.
To make sure that the stoker screw does not stop just because the fuel sensor is activated because of a
piece of woodchip, it is possible to delay the transport screw from stopping.
Please select:
Menu / Accessories / Transport screw / delayed stop s.
4.5.2 Ash screw.
If the boiler is supported with an automatic ash screw then there are two parameters to control this
function which have to be adjusted.
4.5.2.1 Running time in seconds.
Every time the screw is activated the screw should have a running time no less than five seconds to ensure
a satisfied transport of the ash.

4.5.2.2 Stoker before start in seconds.
How often the ash screw has to run is chosen from the type of fuel and how much fuel has been
transported into the boiler.
Please select:
Menu / Accessories / Asch screw /Stoker before start s.
When the sum of the stoker’s feeding time is reached, the ash screw will run afterwards.
4.5.3 Moving floor.
In the XL boiler there is mounted moving floor as standard.
4.5.3.1 Moving floor before pause s.
This function is used when you have an automatic ignition and you are running empty. As the time for
empty running has expired, then will the scrape time before empty running be activated, which means that
the moving floor will scrape two times and scrapes the last glows out of the burning head.

Menu / Accessories / Moving floor / Moving floor before pause
The time has to be set so the moving floor as minimum is activated to run two times.
