4.1.2.4 Minimum fuel s.
It is also possible to adjust the stoker screw’s minimum fuel conveying.
Please select:
Menu / Run / Stoker screw / Min. Fuel s.
Normally the value is set to 0,1 s. and only in special occasions another setting is selected.
4.1.3 O2.
The O2 measurements are really important to achieve a good combustion. Every single adjustment
possibility is to be found in this chapter.
4.1.3.1 Max. power oxy% set.
The O2 value which is observed is that O2 which was not used connected to the deflagration.
With a high output the deflagration can use the most of the O2 and the same the other way around. The
ideal setting can vary depending of the boiler type and the fuel which is used.
Please select:
Menu / Run / O2 / Max. Power oxy% set
This parameter is free to adjust. However, we recommend setting the O2 at 8 %.
4.1.3.2 Min. power oxy% set
With minimum output the excess O2 will be higher. It is not possible to reach a complete deflagration
with a small flame.
Please select:
Menu / Run / O2 / Min power oxy% set
This parameter is free to adjust, but we recommend setting the O2 to 14 %.
