4.5 Accessories.
In this chapter all parameters related to the single accessory has to be adjusted.
4.5.1 Transport screw.
The transport screw is the screw which provides the fuel from the extern stock. The controller is prepared
to run with up to four transport screws.
4.5.1.1 Run as stoker screw.
When using a very dry and ventilated fuel, it might be an advantage that the stoker screw runs all the time
and then dispenses with the transport screw to avoid back-fire.
Please select:
Menu / Accessories / Transport screw / Run as stoker screw
You just have to select yes/no.
4.5.1.2 After run stoker screw.
When the transport screw is running as a dispenser screw, the stoker screw always has to run with after
run to ensure that there will not come more fuel into the stoker screw than the stoker screw can handle.
The transport screw is feeding more than the stoker screw.

The after run setting is in seconds and it always has to run until it is empty in the sluice before it stops
again.
4.5.1.3 After run before pause.
Before the boiler is turning into pause mode with the previous mentioned fuel, it is really important that
the stoker screw is running empty by transition to pause.
4.5.1.4 Fuel delay.
When using a flexscrew as a transport screw should it not start and stop all the time, because it overloads
the screw unnecessarily.

When indicated with five minutes the transport screw will first start when the fuel sensor below the flame
damper has announced empty for five minutes.
