3 Fill water tank
3.1 Water tank is leaking on
transport YES ­ Replace water tank
NO ­ Go to point 3.2

3.2 Water tank is leaking when it
is inserted in the machine
YES ­ a) Check if snap connection
for water tank on housing back is
functional YES ­ Go to point b)
NO ­ Replace housing back
YES ­ b) Try new water tank and
check if it is still leaking
NO ­ Go to point 4
YES ­ Replace connector (tank
to pump), filter and water tank
NO ­ Replace old water tank
4 Plug into mains
and switch ON
machine 4.1 Machine (with capsule
holder inserted) is not working ­
no function
YES ­ a) Check if magnets of
capsule holder are in place. YES ­ Go to point b)
NO ­ Replace capsule holder
YES ­ b) Check if power cord is
functional YES ­ Go to point c)
NO ­ Replace it

connectors are connected
YES ­ Go to point d)
NO ­ Connect them
YES ­ d) Check if thermoblock’s
thermofuses (133°C) are defective
YES ­ Replace power cord and
PCB assembly. If necessary
replace also the thermoblock

YES ­ e) Check if power button is
functional

NO ­ Check if PCB support and
housing left are assembled
correctly. Replace PCB
assembly or housing left if
necessary
