The following safety instructions must be observed during commissioning:

The connecting lines of the sensor connections are to be shielded and laid separately from the
supply and measuring lines.

Ensure that the supply voltage is correct (24 V DC).
DANGER
Risk of death resulting from electric shock if the connection of hazardous potentials (> 48 V) to the
potential-free relay outputs (orange terminals 9–11 and/or 42–44) is required.

Before wiring these potential-free relay switch contacts, ensure that all wires for this purpose are
potential-free.
