To specify the user fax number

The user fax number is the fax number that will appear in the header of 
faxes sent from this machine.

The fax number can contain a maximum of 20 digits.
The keys that can be used to enter the fax number are: the number keys 
(0 through 9), Space, + and -.

Press the [INITIAL SET] key.

The first screen of the Initial Set 
mode appears.

Press the [

] key 11 times to select “INITIAL USER DATA”.

From the KEYPAD, press the [2] 
key.

A screen appears, allowing you to 
enter the user fax number.

Using the KEYPAD, enter the user 
fax number.

If you wish to correct the entered 
number, press the [NO] key, and 
then enter the new number.

Press the [ENTER] key.

The “INITIAL USER DATA” menu appears again.
