To set the “NO.of RINGS” function

1

Select the “RX OPERATION” menu.

Refer to “To select the “RX 
OPERATION” menu” on 
page 10-41.

Press the [2] key from the KEYPAD 
to select “NO.of RINGS”.

Using the KEYPAD, enter the 
desired number of rings, and then 
press the [ENTER] key.

The number of rings can be set 
between 1 and 16.

The “RX OPERATION” menu appears again.

To set the “REDUCTION RX” function

1

Select the “RX OPERATION” menu.

page 10-41.

Press the [3] key from the KEYPAD 
to select “REDUCTION RX”.

Using the [

] and [

] keys, select 

“ON” (print the document reduced), 
“OFF” (split the printout) or “CUT” 
(discard any excess), and then 
press the [YES] key.

The “RX OPERATION” menu appears again.
