6 Press the
OFF
button on the Surface Telemetry Unit.
This removes the high-voltage power to the FM90i.
7 Power off the Surface Telemetry Unit.
There is a power switch on the back of the Surface Telemetry Unit, and a power button
on the front. However, during normal operation, you only need to use the button on the
front to turn the unit on and off.
8 If the Processor Unit does not turn itself off automatically, use the functionality
provided by the operating system to turn it off manually.
9 Turn off the display.
If required, refer to the instructions provided by the display manufacturer.
10 Retrieve the trawl.
11 Disconnect the cables between the units, and remove each unit from the gear.
