SET AUTO-GREASING INTERVAL

CAUTION

The setting of the auto-greasing interval depends on the type of machine to use or the work contents.
Set it according to the current operating condition of your machine.

Example: When the auto-greasing interval is 20 minutes

(a) 20 minutes
(b) Stop

(c) Operation 1.15 minutes

The lubrication interval is set at 20 minutes when the machine is shipped from factory.

Adjustment procedure

1.

Press the user menu display switch F6 on the standard
screen of machine monitor.

2.

Press the switches F1 and F2, then select “Machine Set-
ting” (a).

3.

Press the switches F3 and F4, select “Auto Grease Inter-
val Setting”, then press the switch F6.
To return to the standard screen without changing the au-
to-greasing interval, press the switch F5.
