• Press the switch to display the working mode selection screen. For each set mode, P+, P, and E are dis-
played on the working mode display (2) at the top right of the machine monitor display.
Ask your Komatsu distributor to change the setting if you want to have the automatic setting of P+, P, and E
modes (optional default setting) when starting the engine.
How to use the working mode selector switch
1.
When the working mode selector switch (1) is pressed, the
working mode selector screen is displayed on the monitor.

Press F3 or F4 at the bottom of the screen or the working mode selector switch (1), and the mode selection
is changed one by one.
If no switch is touched for more than 5 seconds, the selected working mode is automatically set as the
working mode. The screen changes to the one for the steps 3 and 4.
REMARK
To return to the standard screen without changing the
working mode, press the switch F5.

After selecting the desired mode, press the switch F6 and
the mode is displayed in the center of the monitor display.
(Example: When the power plus mode is selected: P+)

The working mode display at the top right of the screen is
highlighted in yellow after 2 seconds.
5.
The screen returns to the standard screen after 2 seconds.
The working mode display highlighted in yellow in step 4
returns to blue.
How to use the heavy lift mode switch
When boom RAISE is operated independently, use it to increase the boom raising force.
