REMOVAL OF THE ENGINE-PUMP GROUP

1 - Tilt the cab until it is resting on a support. (For details,

see «TILTING THE CAB»).

2 - Remove the battery.

(For details, see «REMOVING THE BATTERY»).

★

Drain the engine coolant liquid.

Liquid: max. 9

★

Drain the hydraulic oil.

Oil: max. 39

★

Drain the fuel.

Fuel:
SK714-5 SK815-5: max. 38

SK815-5 turbo: max. 50

3 - Remove the radiator group. (For details, see «REMOV-

ING THE RADIATOR GROUP»).

4 - Remove the cover of the control unit (1) and disconnect

the connectors (2), (3) and (4) that connect the control
unit (1) to the frame wiring harness (5).

5 - Loosen the nuts (6) and disconnect the control unit from

the frame.

6 - Disconnect the fuel level sensor connector (8).
