Cooling system

Open the cap on the expansion tank.

Make sure that the expansion tank is filled between the “min.” and “max.” marks.

Open the fast coupling on the flywheel housing.

Open the bleeding connections on vent tube assembly.

Bleed the circuit until it is bubble free.

Close the fast coupling on the flywheel housing.

Close the bleeding connections on vent tube assembly.

Close the cap on the expansion tank.

Operate the engine until the coolant temperature is above 60 °C (140 °F).

Check coolant level on the expansion tank.

If necessary, top up coolant.
