Note:

ZU0754 service set or ZU0740 service set are required to remove the calibration chamber.

Remove the process unit from the drive unit.

Drive Unit: Disassembly, p. 31

Remove the screws

(1)

with a screwdriver of type TX25. Keep the screws

(1)

in a safe place for as-

sembly later on.

03.

Position the pliers

(3)

and use the face pin spanner wrench

(2)

to loosen the coupling of the split

calibration chamber.

Unscrew the top

from the bottom

of the calibration chamber and separate the two parts.
