: There are two cases when this may occur: soon after a computer has been rebooted, or after

the computer has not been rebooted for an extended period of time. Typically, after you reboot your
computer, you should wait at least five minutes before running a test. If you try to run a test before this
time, the computer may show this error. To resolve this error in either case, click
