Creates new settings to measure the characteristics of the gate-source
capacitance, drain-source capacitance, and gate-drain capacitance for the
drain-source voltage in order.

Creates new settings to measure the characteristics of the gate-source
capacitance for the drain-source voltage.

Creates new settings to measure the characteristics of the drain-source
