7.3.5

Behuizing afvalwaterpomp(en) reinigen

• Installatie voor onderhoud voorbereiden, legen, zie 7.3.3

Beide afvalwaterpompen reinigen, daartoe:
• Alle bevestigingsschroeven uitschroeven
Alle pompen zijn met twee afdrukmogelijkheden bij de
bevestigingsflens uitgerust.
•  Pomp <14> uittillen en reinigen.
•  Waarborgen dat de pomp vrij van beschadigingen is.
•  Binnenruimte van pomp <27> reinigen.
•  Waarborgen dat de ontluchtingsboring van de pomp

door-en-door is.

• Waarborgen dat de pompafdichting <29> in

perfecte staat verkeert.

Het is raadzaam vóór het inbouwen van de pompen de
afvalwatertank te reinigen (zie 7.3.6).

• Pomp weer inbouwen. Aanhaalmoment van de schroeven: 7 Nm

7.3.6

Afvalwatertank en niveausensor reinigen

• Afvalwatertank reinigen.
• Dompelpijp reinigen en waarborgen dat zich daarin geen verontreinigingen bevinden. Voor zover andere ni-

veausensors gemonteerd zijn deze reinigen.

• Revisiedeksel en dompelpijp weer monteren. Aanhaalmoment maximaal 3 Nm

Zie omschrijving in de gebruiks- en onderhoudshandleiding van het schakelapparaat.

7.4.

Opsporen van storingen

Het opsporen van storingen staat omschreven in de gebruiks- en onderhoudshandleiding van het schakelapparaat.
