3.2.4 Fastening to the ground
Only use the bolts <36> provided for fastening the fixing bracket
<37> on the wastewater container. Using other screws may
lead to leaks in the container.
• Fasten the fixing bracket to the four points on the
wastewater container.
• Attach the fixing bracket using the supplied fastening material
(7) to the ground (tensile strength min. 0.9 kN*).
* Bolts delivered with the station are designed for concrete
flooring (B25, tensile strength 0.9 kN)
3.3. Installing the control unit
• Install the control unit according to the operating and maintenance manual. When doing this, attach the electri-
cal connections of the pump(s) and the pressure sensor connector (or additional level detectors) to the control
unit.
The connection lengths (cable, pressure pipe) can be extended as follows:
Standard Extendible to
Float switch and level sensor 5 m 15 m
Pressure sensor 5 m 15 m
Pump(s) 5 m 30 m
• After initialisation, enter the station parameters as follows:
Control unit KESSEL Aqualift F Comfort 230V
- Aqualift type: Lifting station F XL xxx l (xxx = container volume)
- Pump type: According to delivery note
Control unit KESSEL Aqualift F Comfort 400V
Select the appropriate station in menu 3.6 performance size.
If this is not present, select custom station as follows:
For pump type Setting in menu 3.6 performance size
SPF 1500 Cust. pump <4A
SPF 3000 Cust. pump <6.3A
SPF 4500 or SPF 5500 Cust. pump <10.0A
Following this, set the parameters in the following table and/or check the settings.
