To verify, perform the connection test
(see chapter 9.2 „Shared group connec-
ting test“ on page 64).
9.1 Radio group connection test
You can check the correct connection of a
group (radio groups or a shared radio group)
as follows:
(1) Press and hold testing / stop button
of any device of the group for approx.
12 seconds.
After approx. 1 second, the test
tone will sound.
(2) After the second test tone, release the
testing / stop button.
All other devices in the radio
group emit a short test tone.

Successful connection test of the single
device and the radio group.
All devices connected within the radio group
send a short sound signal. If devices are de-
fective, they remain silent and can thereby be
identified ( see chapter 17 „Alarm and alert
tones“ on page 76).
