The tightening screw of output shaft mid-bearing seat is screwed off. The output shaft mid-bearing seat

and the output shaft are taken out.
The differential assembly is taken out.

The reverse speed fork assembly and the support are removed.

Installation

Fig.206

The process of transmission installation is basically reversal process of its dismantlement. But the

following points must be noticed:

When the differential assembly is installed on the clutch housing, the output flange will be not installed

temporarily.

The output assembly is installed. And the output shaft mid-bearing seat is set. The tightening screw is

inserted. The screw is screwed down with 40Nm of force moment.

When the bearing retainer ring and needle bearing are installed, it is important to notice the direction of

the bearing retainer ring. The bore diameter of bearing retainer ring is fit with the bearing seat.
