The retainer screw is screwed in the tap hole. The fork shaft is held. The transmission case is tapped
with the plastic hammer. The bearing will be stretched out and to the right position. The retainer screw
is screwed down with 15Nm of force moment. The idler shaft locking screw is screwed down with
20Nm of force moment. The tightening bolts of the front and rear case are screwed down with 25Nm of
force moment. The input shaft rear bearing retainer is screwed down with 15Nm force moment.
Notice:
The fork shaft is not drawn from 5th speed sleeve. Otherwise, the fork shaft in the case and the
guiding plate will diverge their right position and fall apart. Therefore they have to be reinstalled.

Before the shift shaft is installed, the transmission is in the neutral position. The shift shaft is inserted
and the big spreader spring is put in. And the plug cover is screwed up with 50Nm of force moment.
