Removing side panels for maintenance:
The side panels of the cladding can be removed by pulling firmly
the handle located at the top of each panel and unhook them
from the relative supports. Once undocked, slightly lift the panel
to remove the lower tabs from their slots, and then remove it
completely (Fig. 27-28). For repositioning the panels repeat the
steps in reverse.
The removal of panels for maintenance is attributable to the
specialised Technical Service Center and must be performed by
a qualified technician for handling the internal parts of the boiler.
9.
Removing the top panel for maintenance:
Firmly push the panel upward to release it from the related fixing
pins and remove it (Fig. 29-30). Unscrew and remove the bolts
on the closing flange of the pellet tank so that you can inspect
and thoroughly clean inside (Fig. 31-32).
Once finished cleaning operations close the tank by tightening
all the bolts and carefully reposition the panel fitting it by a slight
pressure on to its supports.
The removal of panels for maintenance is attributable to the
specialised Technical Service Center and must be performed by
a qualified technician for handling the internal parts of the boiler.

Ash pan removal and cleaning:
To remove the ash tray rotate up the appropriate handle to
release the lock, and then pull the tray completely out (Fig. 21-
23). Once removed, empty and clean the pan using the supplied
brush. Accurately remove ash deposit on chutes in the fume
pass in the pan (
F
ig
. 24-25
). The purpose of this cleaning is to
ensure the free flow of fumes. Use a “drum type” vacuum cleaner
equipped with a fine mesh filter, which will simplify cleaning as it
prevents the vacuumed ash from returning to the environment.
When finished, make sure the pan is correctly reassembled
with the lock handles secured. Periodically check hinge integrity
behind the ash pan front panel (
F
ig
. 26
).
We recommend cleaning the ash pan and chamber every 2-3
days.
