Chapter 3 Paper Process
3.1 Feeding the Cut Sheet (Cut sheet, Passbook, Certificate)
You can feed cut sheet and single copy paper (Max 1+6 copy). Follow the steps as below to feed cut
sheet:
1. Turn on the printer.
2. Check whether the paper type shown on the LCD display is “cut sheet”. If it shows “continuous
paper”, in Online mode, press LF/FF button and High speed button at the same time for 3
seconds, paper type will switch to “cut sheet” mode.
3. When feeding copy note, you should read the reference in the following table.

Note: 1. The setting way of Copy mode refers to Chapter 4 control panel.
2. Normal mode applies to thin paper, cut sheet, 2 ~ 4 plies tickets, certificate, passbook,
registered permanent residence book, driving license and other licenses.
3. Copy mode applies to 5 ~ 7 plies multipart paper.
4. To avoid jamming or poor printing result, please check whether the paper or passbook is
crimp or tear before using.
5. Before using the new passbook, please fold the passbook at the binding, to make sure
the passbook is flat during printing.
