4. When the purge tank pressure increases to 60.9 mmHg (8 kPa.a), the water ejector purging
operation starts. The water line solenoid valve (SV3) opens firstly. After 10 seconds, the purge
line solenoid valve (SV1 and SV2) open. The non-condensable gas is purged out.
5. When the purge tank pressure decreases to 30.4 mmHg (4 kPa. a), stop the water ejector
purging operation. Both purge line solenoid valves (SV1 and SV2) stop immediately. After 5
seconds, the water line solenoid valve (SV3) closes.
Note:
The max water ejector operation time is 10 minutes per time.
Note:
The chilled water inlet pressure must be higher than 14.5 psig (1 barg) to confirm the
performance of water ejector. The discharge chilled water volume is 50 to 60 L/time.
Note:
There is one purge valve (VD) from the auxiliary heat exchanger to the condenser. It
is only used for the heating model for high temperature hot water design or to supply the
residential hot water in simultaneous operation. When there is non-condensable gas, stop the
unit and open the VD for 5 minutes. Then close the VD valve.
