► Remove the beater and the beater exhaust funnel lid. To do this, grab both parts and
pull upwards until they come out of the beater funnel. Then pull outwards until they are
free (figure 60).

► Loosen the silicone tube from its connection to the beater funnel and the product
dispensing silicone tube. Disassemble the assembly consisting of the beater funnel,
beater elbow and the connection between the tube and beater funnel. To do this, rotate
the parts until the tabs of the beater elbow come loose from the elbow support and pull
outwards.

► To dismantle the palette of the beater we will help ourselves with the elbow to do lever
(Fig. 62). This piece is anchored to the engine of the beater by an eyelash. Then, remove
the three screws that hold the beater elbow support to the plate and remove the support,
the beater retainer and the beater retainer support. Loosen the beater spinner, which is
anchored to the motor shaft with a flange (Fig. 62).
