VERY IMPORTANT:
Soluble product containers are placed on the left-hand side of
the cabinet and the coffee bean container on the right. They should be
1st
fitted on the
relevant dispenser motor and
2nd
fixed in place by anchoring the front container flange
n the holes at the base of the machine, applying a slight pressure frontally.
Beater motor & steam exhaust
The beater assembly (fig. 14) mixes the water and the soluble product to ensure a
uniform end product. It is also equipped with an exhaust system to remove the steam
generated when the beaters are mixing the products. The steam formed is exhausted
from the machine (at the back) with a vacuum motor (fig. 15).

The product beating process is as follows:
► The boiler solenoid valve corresponding to the beater to be used for the soluble
product chosen is enabled. The amount of water needed is determined by the
programmed dose for that product and defined by the volume of water going through the
volume counter. The water reaches the beater funnel nozzle through a silicone tube. The
nozzle is placed tangentially to the funnel to better drag the soluble product along.
