Quick launch
When connecting the power supply, please turn to Connecting the voltage
supply (see page 34).
For connecting an Ethernet cable, please turn to Connecting Ethernet
interfaces (see page 36).
Find an apt cable to be connected between HMI and PC.
A fixed IP address must be set for connecting the PC. The first three octets of
the IP address must be identical, e.g. 192.168.10.*.
If the PC has been connected to a company network, we recommend to
communicate via another Ethernet network.
When the HMI JVM-507B is commissioned for the first time, the menu into
which to enter the node-ID opens.
Set the IP address of the controller there.
