CT-650 Command-Line Reference Guide

Release 9.4

Signal

The following fields appear in the Signal category of the DS1 test
results screens.

Time

The following fields appear in the Time category of the DS1 test results
screens.

Field

Description

Signal Loss

Sec

Number of seconds during which the received signal
was lost for all or part of a second, since initial signal
detection.

RX Freq

Frequency of the clock in the received data, measured
in Hz.

RX Level

The level of the received signal in dB relative to a
standard 3-volt base-to-peak signal (DSX level).

Timing

Slips

Number of bit slips counted when the DS1 test signal
slips (+ or -) from the DS1 reference signal after both
signals are present simultaneously.

Signal

Losses

Number of times the signal was lost since initially
detecting the signal.

Field

Description

Time

Current time in hours, minutes, and seconds.

Date

Current day and month.

Time Left

Time remaining for a timed test in hours, minutes, and
seconds.

N/A

appears for tests with continuous

length.

Elapsed

Time

Elapsed time since the test started.
