Jaylor Dump Wagon Owner Manual

Tire Maintenance

21.6

Inflate tires on all Jaylor Models to the manufacturers recommended pressure. The inflation pressure

will be on the tire sidewall. Ensure all tires are at the recommended pressure. Allowable load

capacity and maximum tire pressures for conventional and wide base tires are based on TRA

Standards. Inflation values are based on cold pressures.

WARNING:

Never over inflate tires and keep a safe distance while inflating. Over inflation

can result in the tire exploding which could result in serious injury or death

WARNING:

Lug nuts are prone to loosen after being first assembled. Death or serious injury

can result. Check lug nuts for tightness on a new dump wagon or newly

mounted wheel after the first 10, 25 and 50 miles (15, 30 and 80km) of driving

and before each tow thereafter. Torque should be 450-500 ft.-lbs.
