OPERATION OVERVIEW
The Jaylor dump wagon is specifically designed to transport silage and other feed materials. Many of
the features incorporated into this machine are the result of suggestions made by customers like you.
We greatly appreciate any input you may have, and would like to thank you in advance for any you
may give.
Read this manual carefully to learn how to operate the machine safely. Following the operating
instructions with a proper maintenance program will extend the life of your machinery.

MACHINE COMPONENTS
The main machine components are described below:

1. Chassis
– Heavy duty
2. Implement Jack –
Raises and lowers the
height of the wagon tongue and coupler
3. Hitch
– Will couple to standard towing
vehicle drawbars
4. Viewing Window
– Allows operator to
safely and easily view the material inside
the dump box
5. Tires
6. Dump Box –
Holds the silage or other
feed material and raises to dump
7. Grain Door –
Lifts to allow controlled
unloading of grain materials
8. Tailgate
– Lifts to allow dumping of box
contents
9. Tailgate Locks –
Secure the tailgate to
prevent spillage during transportation
10. Upper Storage Bracket
– Used to secure
the implement jack when not in use
