IEI’s customer service policy, returned merchandise
authorization policy, and consumables information.
6.1 Customer
Service Policy
IEI has a Customer Service department to meet the
varied service needs of its customers. Examples of de-
partment functions include:

Telephone troubleshooting with technical experts

Technical assistance to solve specific application
