Beeps and Trouble Messages
Silencing Beeps
If possible, correct the situation causing the trouble beeps. If not possible, press the
shield Icon on the bottom left of the main screen to temporarily suspend the condition
for the trouble beep. Notify the service provider. If the problem is not corrected, trouble
beeps and messages will start again four hours later.
Reporting Test Call Fails
If the test call fails (Figure 81), contact the service provider.

Internet Applications Not Working
The Internet connection to the AdvisorOne panel may occasionally become unavailable.
If this happens, wait to see if the connection restores on its own.
If Internet applications such as Traffic and News are not working, make sure the Internet
connection is working on another device, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer. If
the Internet connection is working on the other device but not on the AdvisorOne panel,
contact the service provider.
