compatible with most cables supplied with ATAPI CD-ROM drives designed to connect to
audio add-in cards.
TV/Aux-In/MPEG Audio Connectors
You can connect left and right channel signals of an internal audio device to these connectors.
An audio-in signal interface of this type is necessary for applications such as TV tuners and
MPEG playback boards. A general audio interface is provided with a 1 x 4 pin type connector.
Modem (Telephony) Connector
You can connect the monaural audio signals of an internal telephony device to this connector.
A monaural audio-in and audio-out signal interface is necessary for telephony applications
such as speakerphones and answering machines. An interface header is available for this
application: a modem audio interface with a 1 x 5 pin connector.
Line-In Port
You can connect the line output of audio devices such as cassette tape players and other audio
equipment to this port. You can play and record through this input.
Microphone Port
You can connect either a dynamic microphone or a condenser microphone to this port. Voice

Game/MIDI Port
You can connect an external MIDI device, such as a keyboard, piano, or guitar, to this port.
