Place the carry handle in the ‘TRAVEL’ position
(Refer to Page 12), this will allow clear access to
install the hood. (Refer Figure 1)
• Ensure the hood attachment points are upright
and both sides aligned.
• Ensure the plastic spine is in the hood cover.
Insert the plastic spine into the hood attachment
points and push until fully inserted and seated.
(Refer Figure 2). Do this on both sides of the
restraint.
Take the hood cover and extend the elasticated
section over the back of the infant carrier.
• Ensure the elasticated section is positioned just
under the lip of the carrier, with the Top Tether
pocket and Release lever still uncovered. (Refer
Figure 3).
Connect the press studs (Refer Figure 3).
Ensure the Hood is in the ‘open’ position. (refer
Figure 3) with the carry handle in the ‘TRAVEL’
position (refer Figure 1).
Disconnect the press studs (refer Figure 3).
Take the elasticated Hood section and fold. (refer
Figure 2).
Push the small plastic tab in the centre (use a pen or
pencil) to release the plastic spine (refer Figure 4).
