immediately and call the service.
COIN BLOCKED
If the machine is coin operated, this alarm may
occur.
A token was insert and it is blocked into the coin

26. IRONER MAINTENANCE
Each ordinary and extraordinary maintenance
operation must be taken over by qualified
technician.
Before to operate any maintenance on the ironer,
be sure that all the energy supplies are cut off.
Here below the ordinary and extraordinary
maintenance to be done.
DAILY
At the end of each working day the lateral filters
need to be cleaned from the fluff.
EACH THREE MONTHS
Check the suction clean (fot the machine
equipped with this system). Open the left side
door, unscrew the tupper bush closing screws.
Check the mechanical connection screw and the
shaft rotor screw tightening.
EACH SIX MONTHS
Check the cover and padded cover condition.
Once the first burning signals appear on the
cover, it needs to be replaced. Remember: all the
roller length must be used to avoid localised cover
burnings (usually at the roller sides) and the
machine must be stopped when the temperature
is lower than 80°C.
EACH SIX MONTHS
Using a tape measure check the roller diameter in
different point: right side, left side and centre.
The steel wool roller cover must be replaced when
the roller diameter, taking in consideration also
the cover and padded cover, are below the
following values:
- 785 mm of circumference for ironer
∅
25 cm
- 1005 mm of circumference for ironer
∅
33 cm
When the steel wool is replaced, then also the
cover and padded cover needs to be replaced.
In order to avoid the roller flat only in some point
(usually at centre), it must be used for all its
length.
Once the first covering with the steel wool has
been made, the ideal roller dimensions are:
- 790±5 mm of circumference for ironer
∅
25cm
- 1045±5 mm of circumference for ironer
∅
33cm
Once the second covering with cover and padded
cover has been made, the final roller dimension
should be:
- 810±5 mm of circumference for ironer
∅
25cm
- 1070±5 mm of circumference for ironer
∅
33cm
EACH TWELVE MONTHS
Check the gas spring efficiency.
The gas spring replacement is necessary when
the chest has no more power to get near the roller
or its pressure is no more enough (gas lack or
spring inefficient)
27. IRONING PROBLEMS
In case of no satisfactory ironing quality, please
check the here below trouble shooting.
PROBLEM SOLUTION
The cloth does not
run between chest
and roller. At the
exit the cloth
presents wrinkles.
a) Clean the chest. The
chest cleaning must be
done passing a light cloth,
as wide as the roller,
folded with some paraffin
inside. Ironing the folded
cloth the paraffin meld and
is spread on the chest.
b) check the selected
ironing pressure: it could
be too much high.
The linen stay
blocked between
roller and chest
a) Check if some solid
residual stay on the chest.
In this case the chest must
be removed and cleaned
with brass bristles. The
brush must be used in the
same direction of the linen
way. Do no brush in
horizontal sense. (from
right to left or vice versa!)
b) check the selected
ironing pressure: it could
be too much high.
Yellow stains on
the linen
a) check the washing
machines rinse well the
linen and all the detergent
is washed away. The PH
must be between 5 and 6.
