Point 1 identifies the ironer electric board access
door. It can be open using the plastic key supplied
with the ironer documents. Only specialised and
qualified technician may access to the electric
board.
Point 2 identifies the main switch: if it is positioned
at “I” the machine is electrically supplied.
Point 3 identifies the microprocessor.
Point 4 identifies the anti-panic bar: once the bar
is pressed, the chest immediately lift.
Point 5 identifies the hand safe bar: once the bar
is pushed, the ironer stop.
Point 6 identifies the pedal: once the pedal is
pressed, the roller start to turn in the introduction
sense. The roller stop when the pedal is pressed
for the second time.
Point 7 identifies the emergency stop button that
must be pressed each time the ironer emergency
stop is necessary.
12. IRONER START AND STOP
Switch on the machine positioning the main switch
in position “I”, as written in the previous
paragraph.
Be sure that the emergency stop button has not
been activated.
Before to start the machine, check always the
safety device correct working (see the apposite
paragraph).
When the machine is switched on, the software
version and its release date are displayed.
Then at display appear:
To start to iron press
ON/OFF
.
Information about ironing temperature and speed
are displayed.
The displayed temperature refer to the room.
The displayed speed is the default one.
Until the pedal is pressed, the ironer stay in stand-
by.
Press the pedal to start to work: the chest gets
near the roller, which start to turn.
The roller turn in the introduction sense until the
pedal is pressed another time. The roller stop and
the rotation sense change for ¼ of turn, than the
roller stops definitively.
While the ironer is working, temperature, speed
and chest pressure can be adjusted (see apposite
paragraphs).
After the ironer is switched on, when the set
temperature has been reached for the fist time,
the buzzer beeps advising the user.
Anyway do not start to iron untill the minimum
temperature of 80°C has been reached.
When the ironing cycle is finished, the machine
can be stopped pressing the key
ON/OFF
.
At display appear:
In order to make longher the roller cover life, be
sure that at the end of the ironing cycle no
residual humidity remain on the roller: we suggest
to leave the roller turning at contact with the chest
for two/three minutes, but with a temperature
lower then 80°C.
The machine can be stopped using the
COOLING
function (see the apposite paragraph).
ATTENTION!
Before to stop the ironing be sure that the
temperature is lower then 80°C. If the ironing is
stopped at a higher temperature, than the cover
may burn.
