Ironing of a doubled or folded linen my also cause
wrinkle or creases.
ATTENTION!
Horizontal pleats may be caused by a bad sliding
of the linen on the chest.
The chest must be always kept clean; eventually
clean it with paraffin.
ATTENTION!
Avoid to iron linen with buttons or nylon seams.
The high temperature my cause their melting and
consequently soil the chest.
Avoid the ironing of linen with zip: they could
damage the chest chromium.
ATTENTION!
Lateral filters must always be free: do not stop the
air flow through the filters and clean them daily.
16. HOW TO CHANGE THE IRONING SPEED
While the machine is working select the wished
temperature using the increasing or decreasing
keys:
While these keys are used, the set point
temperature is displayed on the left above corner.
Example: you need to set a 130°C temperature;
keep pressed the temperature increasing key until
the display shows:
Once the whished temperature is displayed leave
the temperature increasing key.
The set value is stored. Few seconds later the set
point temperature disappear and the real chest
temperature appear.
In the meantime the information about the set
point temperature run on the second line.
The temperature is displayed in °C; in order to
express the temperature in °F ask for the
microprocessor configuration to the manufacturer.
The temperature choose must be made paying
attention to the fabric characteristics.
The temperature depend also on the roller speed.
17. HOW TO CHANGE THE IRONING SPEED
While the machine is working select the wished
speed using the increasing or decreasing keys.
If you want to set the ironing speed at 6mt/min,
keep the speed increasing key (rabit) until the
dispaly shows:
Once the wished speed has been displayed, the
speed increasing key can be released.
The set value is saved. The ironing is expressed
in meter per minute.
The speed choice must be done referring to the
fabric characteristics.
Speed definition must be chosen in function of the
chest temperature.
18. HOW TO CHANGE THE CHEST PRESSURE
The chest pressure on the ironing roller can be
adjusted. To enter the menu, press the COOLING
key for more then 3 seconds.
The display shows:
Using the speed increasing/decreasing keys
change the pressure level.
Chest pressure can be modified by fixed step and
its value is displayed both in Kg and Lb.
Once the wished value is reached, press again
the COOLING key to exit the menu.
If no keys are pressed, the menu is automatically
exit after 10 seconds.
