- Press the emergency stop button with
the hand: the chest lifts and the roller
sense of rotation change.
- Press the anti – panic bar with a knee:
the chest immediately goes away from
the roller even if the machine is not
electrically supplied.
If no one of the above operation give a good
result, be sure that the anti-panic bar is pressed
and, using the plastic key given with the ironer
document, open the side door.
Open the door rotating it on the base.
To take away the chest from the roller, pull up the
bracket (the same in the above picture) so that the
chest goes back and frees the limb, or the cloth,
blocked into the ironer.
ATTENTION!
The laundry manager must know the above
procedures, must explain them to the personnel
and must be sure that the ironer users well
understood the risks of the ironer and emergency
procedure.
Periodically, the user must be tested about these
procedures and its comprehension.
24. WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF ENERGY FAIL
In case of black out one or more clothes may stay
blocked between the roller and the ironer and may
burn.
In this case press the anti-panic bar with the knee
and keep it press until the chest goes away from
the roller.
When the anti-panic bar is pressed the chest
automatically goes away from the roller and free
the cloth avoiding its burning and the roller cover
burning.
25. NOT CORRECT WORKING SIGNAL
In case the ironer is not working correctly, the
microprocessor gives a complete diagnosis.
The list of displayed alarms is given below,
anyway we suggest to contact the service asking
for a problem solution.
The activation of one of the following alarms is
signalled also by a buzzer beep.
HAND SAFE BAR
Something is obstruct the ironing surface and the
hand safe bar was pressed: the ironer stay in
OFF
position until the hand safe bar come back to its
original position.
If the alarm is given and the ironing surface is
free, then check the hand safe bar end switch
correct working and the relative electric
connection.
OVERTEMPERATURE
Roller temperature is above the safety limit and
the display shows:
In case this alarm is verified the chest
automatically lifts and the suction is activated (if
provided). The alarm disappear when the
temperature come back to normal values.
While the alarm is activated, the roller cannot be
started up.
Call your service to check the damage.
TEMPERATURE PROBE FAIL
The temperature probe is damaged and the
display shows:
Same procedure saw for the above alarm. Call the
service.
MOTOR THERMAL
A motor thermal alarm is given when an inverter
fail occurs. The display shows:
The machine activate the cool down and start the
suction (if provided).
Once the cool down temperature is reached, the
ironer stops: the alarm is still displayed, it can be
reset switching off the machine.
Call service.
WDT CHEST
If the stand by position of the chest is not reached
within 10’ from when the instruction is given, the
machine stop and the display shows:
