The menu options available in the 

App State

 menu are described in

You can view key information about the device on which RM is running as well as reboot or power 

down the device.

To access and use the

 menu, proceed as follows:

From the

 tab, click on the 

System State (Reboot/Shutdown)

 entry.

System status information is displayed in the menu.
