Modifying a Unique Asset
In this release, once the start time has passed, only the end time can be modified once a unique asset
has been created. In order to change other parameters, you must delete the unique asset.
Deleting a Unique Asset(s)
You can delete one or more unique assets at any time.
Note: Deleting an individual asset removes the asset from the event and deletes associated files from
storage. Deleting an event deletes the entire event and all associated assets for that event,
including all files on disk for all assets. You can configure various levels of deletion granularity for
the PCE, which includes SYNC and ASYNC deletion options. Please contact customer support for
further information.
To delete one or more assets from the RM, you can do one of three things from the CONFIGURATION
> UNIQUE ASSETS tab:

To delete a single unique asset , locate the schedule(s) you wish to delete and click the “trash” icon
next to the row entry.


To delete multiple unique assets at once, click to check the deletion box next to the row entries you
wish to delete, then click the Delete Selected button.


To delete all unique assets , click the selection box at the top of the UNIQUE ASSETS window to
select all assets, then click the Delete Selected button.
