7.5 Inspection / Verification Procedures

*Note

•

Carry out these tests after the Economy mode is turned off.

7.5.1 Temperature Alarm Test

Conditions:

•

Operate the LPX100 projector continuously for 30 minutes at room temperature.

•

Operate the LPX100 projector continuously raising an ambient temperature.

Requirements:

•

The lamp does not go out and the TEMP LED is not lit (Temperature Alarm
function is not performed).

•

The lamp goes out and the TEMP LED is lit (Temperature Alarm function is
performed).

Measurement:

7.5.2 Safety Test, Dielectric Strength Test

Conditions:

Perform a measurement after the AC power cord is plugged.
Measuring instrument: Dielectric Strength Tester
Applied voltage:

1600VAC 50Hz

Applying time:

3 seconds

Leak current setting:

20mA

Applied terminals:

Between FG and AC

Requirements:

•

“NG” is not indicated on the tester.

•

There is no electrical breakdown.
