While transmitting in the CW mode, or if the Break-in
function is ON, the transceiver transmits CW code when
the PC sends this command.

The power ON command (18 01) is available only when
the transceiver is remote standby mode. The transceiver
accepts the control command only from the [REMOTE] jack.
