HOMING Y and X – AXIS

Go to the tab “Manual control” on the right side of the Repetier Host window.
Click the home button for the X and Y axis buttons. DO NOT CLICK ON THE
Z-HOME BUTTON !

Check if nothing is interrupting the movement. If movement is blocked you
will hear abnormal noise from the motors and the belts might start to skip
gears. Power the device off and correct the problem.

When troubleshooting homing problems you can try to push the end stops
with a screwdriver before the heatbed or extruder head reaches the end of the
axis
10. When homing of the Y and X axis fails, there usually is a problem with the end
stops. Be sure to check the wires connected to the end stops.
11. We have noticed a number of customers reported a distinct clunking noise
when the heated bed moves around. Usually the Y-endstop has rotated on
the Y-axis and the bolts touch each other during movement.
